Reporting to the the Account Director, his main responsibilities will be:
- Design and execute the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace at LATAM regional.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales.
- Identify new accounts to sell products and services to, to fulfill turn over objectives.
- Maintain a high-profile the company presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives. Manage complex sales opportunities qualifying and applying correct resources and sustaining client and partner engagement.
- Network within a customer organization to identify all key influencers and decision makers for the business need.
- Demonstrate ability to align and present technical and/or networking solutions based on client's requirements at CXO level
- Build Strong collaboration and relationships with vendor ecosystem
- Build long-term, trusting relationships
- Demonstrate competence using a variety of selling techniques
- Consistently exceeds revenue targets including product and services
Perfil buscado (h/m)
We are looking for a IT Professional or related with at least 10+ years of experience promoting and selling telecomunication products and solutions. Advanced English spoken and writing is mandatory.
- Strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions.
- Understanding of Power Utility/Financial/Public security industrial business organizations operation, technical and their buying cycles is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.
- Demonstrated experience with solution selling desired.
- Experience selling in a high technology and networking industry and knowledge of LAN and/or WAN networks is preferred as well as experience in selling Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions, Safe city, AMI, and Call Centers, Network Security, Wireless and Mobility, Data Center technologies, Data and Video integration, Storage Solutions and Scalable network architectures.
- Demonstrable track record of success in sales.
- Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management.
