The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and expanding the company's presence in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This position requires a results-driven individual with a focus on developing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in Perú.

Descripción

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • A strong focus on proactive prospecting, lead generation and building strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mining industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Participating in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Building strategic relationships with key clients, including Geologists and Engineers.
  • Stay informed about mining industry trends and market demands.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Minimally 5+ years of outbound/hunting sales experience
  • Experience with selling mining software/ Saas solutions
  • 2+ years of experience within the mining and/or geology industry
  • Strong ability to identify, pursue and close net new business opportunities
  • Experience identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and qualifying leads to build a robust pipeline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Ability to travel for work as required
