Descripción

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expand market presence in Peru.
  • Sales and Business Development: Lead sales efforts, build client relationships, and close deals to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with growers and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, logistics, supply chain, and service delivery, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the country budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to guide strategic decisions.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Experience: More than 7 years in commercial management, sales, or business development within agribusiness, ideally in the avocado or blueberry sectors in Peru.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving growth, achieving sales targets, and building strong industry relationships.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute business plans while being hands-on in daily operations.
  • Skills: Fluent in Spanish with advanced English proficiency and strong market analysis capabilities.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and business growth.
