Descripción



  • Sales Planning and Strategy Development:
    • Initiate and coordinate sales planning in collaboration with the Global Head of Sales.
    • Contribute to the creation of sales strategies and coordinate price adjustments.


  • Sales Management and Monitoring:
    • Oversee sales activities for the Peruvian site, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze deviations from targets, and ensure compliance with planned activities.


  • Market Analysis and Process Optimization:
    • Conduct regular analysis of economic, political, and social landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
    • Evaluate internal processes and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Customer Relations and Marketing Coordination:
    • Manage customer relationships discreetly, advocating for the company's interests.
    • Coordinate product marketing initiatives and trade fair participation in alignment with overall marketing strategy.



Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Degree in business administration, relevant experience in international commercial professions or similar qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Sales, especially in the plastic, packaging and glass industries.
  • Experience in leading sales teams and developing goals and strategies
  • Advanced English level is a MUST (written and spoken)
