Descripción· Lead the software design, development and technical integration resources dedicated to strategic customer projects, enabling interoperability and prescribed outcomes with Qualifacts platforms· Drive modern software engineering principles, architecture and SDLC best practices resulting in an operationally efficient, high-performing software engineering delivery system· Coordinate, achieve effective capacity and work execution plans, including release and sprint planning· Establish and maintain labor productivity and utilization metrics, goals, and quality standards· Support leadership in operationalizing integration methodology for turnkey implementations. Ensure education of cross-functional services teams on plug and play integrations of existing catalog product items, providing for reduction in time and effort for quick go lives on repeatable projectsPerfil buscado (h/m)· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred· 5+ years of experience in software engineering, minimum of 2 years in a SDLC leadership role· Excellent technical bi-lingual communication skills (Spanish and English, written and oral), and the ability to effectively inform all levels of the organization· Ability to form and articulate a modern software integration services and engineering principals, organizational design and deliver quality software solutions· Expert experience and firm understanding of API designs, working with RESTful, XML, JSON· Experience with developing HL7 interfaces using Mirth, Qvera (or other EHR Interoperability Technology)· Experience with ETL of large data sets with expertise in data-mapping, validation, and data cleansing· Experience with modern micro-service-based architecture preferred· Experience with leadership in growth stage environments preferred Qué OfrecemosAll benefits of the law.EPS 100%Indefinite Contract.
