Network Engineer

· Responsible for the installation, operation, administration, and maintenance of corporate LAN and WAN networks.

· Respond to network outages and perform deep root cause analysis.

· Solve network connectivity issues.

· Support for network deployment and maintenance projects

· Monitor the performance of internal and external equipment in the data center, as well as in Security equipment located in remote locations.

· Implement and give maintenance to the monitor tools.

· Verify and validate the correct performance of the connectivity equipment in all locations: data center and remote offices.

· Follow-up with the performance and alert control of all the connectivity and security equipment of the company, through the monitor tools.

· Support the purchasing process of new communication equipment.

· Enable and configure the new services in the communication equipment of all the locations.

· Research on new technologies to be implemented in the new projects.

· Manage the interconnections of communication with third parties.

· Design and implement networking plans in infrastructure projects.
