Support the Sales Specialist on the development of the Mining Machinery segment, from the understanding of customer needs, capacities development plan and entire life cycle of products category, from the conception of the product in the factory (definition of configuration and specific features) until the launch in each market, demo programs and retrofits/improvements needed.

Descripción

* Support BDM on the development of the segment in charge (MINING MACHINERY), from the understanding of customer needs, capacities development plan and entire life cycle of products category, from the conception of the product in the factory (definition of configuration and specific features) until the launch in each market, demo programs and retrofits/improvements needed.

* Market study: Industry trends, models and competitors, price analysis, import analysis, retail sales analysis.

* Segment study: Deep understanding of segment composition, customers, needs and solutions. Very important to have contact with customer and different segments.

* Competition study: who is who in the market, sales coverage, commercial promotions, product line and configurations, value proposal, imports, evolution, new product launch. Product comparisons.

* Product configuration and improvements: LG configurations in different countries, segment configuration, product needs and improvements. Frequent communication with factory and product team in China (HQ), and frequent visits to customers and dealers (+25% time).

* Product training: Dealer sales force training about products category in charge, preparation of presentations and material for online (basic) and off-line (intermediate/advance) training. Productivity training and assessment, TCO calculation and other calculations to demonstrate add value of LG products.

* Product strategy: New Product introduction definition and follow up, families and models, configuration, volumes, opportunities, product mix.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Complete studies in Engineering or other related fields.

Technical experience in the heavy machinery industry, specifically in mining machinery or truck industry from factory or dealers side.

Experience in product marketing and product management in renowned companies.

Product cycle and product marketing knowledge
