The Corporate Business Development Manager must coordinate with the operational and commercial areas to determine the key assumptions required for the preparation of the business case and financial model. Likewise, he/she will be responsible for maintaining coordination with the different teams and adopting the recommendations made by management for a specific growth project.

Descripción

Maintaining the same format and professional tone:

  • Development and evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities (expansions, acquisitions, investments, and new business ventures).
  • Preparation of financial models and economic feasibility analyses for investment projects, including CAPEX, IRR, NPV, and financial scenario assessments.
  • Development of business cases to support strategic decision-making, integrating operational, commercial, financial, and infrastructure-related variables.
  • Design and participation in corporate strategic planning processes, identifying sectors, markets, or assets with growth potential.
  • Conducting market studies and competitive analyses, assessing industry trends, investment opportunities, and business development initiatives.
  • Presenting investment proposals to boards of directors, management committees, shareholders, or investment funds, providing support for strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-functional coordination with commercial, operations, finance, and corporate stakeholders to structure strategic growth projects.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Specialization in Business Valuation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in other professional roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) (MANDATORY).
  • Advanced Excel skills (MANDATORY).
  • Availability to work in Lima.
